Planning Enforcement Officer
Staffordshire
£43p/h Umbrella (Flexible)
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Staffordshire and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Planning Enforcement Officer.
 
Recent experience in the same role within a LPA is a necessity and you must be confident with picking up a caseload with minimal supervision.
 
You must be comfortable carrying out investigations, site visits and writing reports. This is a customer-focused role so you must be able to communicate clearly and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders. Office/Site presence will be required 3 days a week.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
