My local authority client based in the Cambridgeshire area, is currently seeking an experience planning enforcement officer/consultant to join their Planning Enforcement Team for an initial 6-month contract.
 
This role can be worked in a hybrid fashion with site visits needed and office visits needed too.
 
My client requires an experienced officer to take over Enforcement cases and effectively manage the process through its entirety. You will be fully responsible for investigating alleged breaches of unlawful development and taking formal action and issuing notices if necessary.
As well as issuing notices, you will also be required to capably prepare written reports and evidence and be able to confidently present said evidence in Inquiries, Court, and Planning Hearings.

Carrington West Pay Rate - £32-42+ per hour (there may be some flexibility on this)
