An experienced Planning Enforcement Officer is required to join a Local Planning Authority in the North London area.
 
The successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
 
You will have recent experience dealing with a range of cases within Local Planning Authorities, having experience within a London Borough is desirable but not essential.
Main duties will include:
·Site visits (where appropriate and safe to do so)
·Managing appeals
·Liaison with the development management team and colleagues
·Drafting witness statements
·Investigating a wide variety of Planning breaches.
 
The role has been deemed inside IR35 with pay rates up to £33/h depending on experience.
