Our client are a multi utility contractor, supporting large gas and water projects mainly. They have delivered on several major projects across the Uk with the majority of them being in the South of England.
 
As a Planned works, Project Agent, working on several sites. You will be covering a variety of wastewater infrastructure projects. Being responsible for site safety, efficiency and quality. You will be working closely with the planning team, streetworks teams and senior management to ensure the work is completed effectively and above and beyond the expectations of the client. You will be working on a major framework but also looking after a small amount of private projects.
 
 
Working across, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire, you will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel and be prepared with the details of the planned works. Heading out to site you will need to focus on the different phases of the project. Looking at delivery, pricing, client relations and ensuring the project is in budget. You will be there to give direction to operatives and supervise them. You will also liaise with subcontractors and suppliers and implement a standard for all with regards to site safety plans.
 
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, and be a team player. You will be able to manage commercial budgets and have experience in executing high safety standards. You will need to have good verbal and written skills and be good with MS Office
 
Requirements:
·5 years experience in construction management
·Full UK driving License
·Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
·CSCS
·Utilities Wastewater Network experience (Desirable)
·Degree or equivalent NVQ or HNC (Desirable)
·NEBOSH (Desirable)
