Our client are a highly organised, highly reputable contractor in the Telecoms Sector. They have several contracts in the North West and have secured work for several years in the area.
We are looking for a Coordinator to look after the permitting / Traffic management coordination for the engineers. This is for an immediate start.
·Manage day to day permit applications to ensure compliance across a range of measures.
·Ensure data collected is accurate and error free
·Ensure all related service performance indicators and contractual requirements are met
·To follow the BMS systems processes
·Monitor permits to prevent FPNs.
·Raising permit applications as per works descriptions
·Checking permit status
·Updating Permit Trackers
·Updating FPN Tracker
·An understanding of highway maintenance and works.
·An understanding of NRSWA, TMA and LoPS.
·A flexible approach that can adapt to challenging timescales and workloads.
·Confident in working with people at all levels
·Possess competent IT skills including the ability to adapt to various software and hardware and Asset Management Systems
·Ability to manage time and workloads to a strict schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
·Ability to continually develop professional knowledge, skills and behaviours
·Ability to communicate effectively within all mediums
·Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other team members
·Ability to show continual improvement in the role and to the wider organisation
