Job description

My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator on a temporary-to-permanent basis to join their established field service team.
 
The role is offered for 37.5 hours per week at up to £ 12.80 per hour, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
 
The successful Payroll Coordinator will be fully responsible for the smooth running of payroll for the company's field engineers on a weekly basis, using multiple reports to pull together accurate payroll reports within strict time scales.  
 
The ideal candidate will have a background in payroll and will ideally have run a company payroll unsupervised for other companies.
 
The payroll process involved extensive use of MS Excel and the need to extract data from a number of work systems, so someone highly proficient in MS Excel and other IT systems is essential.
 
 
Duties
 
·Processing accurate and timely payroll for high volumes of staff
·Processing employee expenses according to company process
·Continually seek ways to make improvements to the payroll process
·Deal with internal and 3rd party stakeholder queries in relation to payroll and expenses
·ANy other administrative support duties as required
