Have you previously worked on large infrastructure projects?
 
Salary: £48,900 to £61,150 (Per Annum Dependent on Experience)
Location: Birmingham / London (Requires travel to Birmingham) - Hybrid Working
 
Role:
My client is a leading client-side organisation in the rail industry looking to take on an Organisation Development Manager to help support the larger organisation on long-term rail infrastructure projects.
Working closely with the Organisational Development Director and change team you will specialise partnering with the business to target interventions and identify new ways of working, improving and evolving the operational model.
You will get the opportunity to work on Phase 1 in the london region. The operations are already underway you will be responsible for assisting the transformational change including processes and governance, On Phase 2 in birmingham region you will be part of the initial team setting up this project you will lead the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard.
 
 
 
Essential:
·        Previous experience working as a transformational and/or organisational change management.
·         Experience of managing Organisational Design and Development interventions across organisations.
·         Previous experience working on consultancy.
·         Previous experience working on a construction project.
 
 
Preferred:
·        Previous experience working in rail consultancy.
