Role: Operations Scheduler
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £18,400
Employment: Temporary to permanent
 12 week contact ( probation) moving into a permanent role once the 12 week period has been completed.
Hours of work: 37. per week

If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Huntingdon about 1.5 miles north of the train station looking to recruit multiple Operations Schedulers.
 
In this role you go through formal training a process and supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems.
 
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls and likely to vary across:
- Liaising with stake holders
- Booking in appointments for in house engineers to visit customer houses

As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to kick start their career in Operations Scheduling / coordination and would be well suited to anyone that comes from coordination, scheduling or similar background looking to transfer their skills into a new position with a market leading company.
 
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice.  Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
 
This role is based working a 37. hour week Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
 
On offer is a salary  of £18,400 + Benefits and overtime
 
Please note you will be transferred into a permanent contact after completing the initial 12 week period.
