Are you an MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience supporting MEP railway infrastructure projects?
 
Have you previously worked for an M&E Subcontractor?
 
Contract Rate: £400-500/day Outside IR35.
 
Location: London, 3-4 days in the office (may change dependant on client requirements).
 
Contract Length: 12 months - likely to become rolling contract.
 
Role Details:
My client is an M&E commercial specialist supporting a wide variety of contractors with M&E commercial needs and looking to grow their team.
 
For this role you will be responsible individual clients on various M&E railway schemes and will require extensive experience managing MEP commercial previously. Projects you work on will be dependant conversations during interview stage.
 
Essential:
·MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience supporting MEP railway infrastructure projects.
·Previous experience working for an M&E Subcontractor.
