Job description

Are you an MEP Design Coordinator with experience coordinating building services  jobs within infrastructure projects?
 
Are you looking for your next outside IR35 contract?
 
Contract Rate: Dependant on experience - Outisde IR35
 
Location: Surbiton - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days working from home.
 
Contract Length: 3 month contract with possible extensions  
 
Role Details:
My client is a design consultancy supporting various an energy provider who are building a substation who will be delivery power to Network Rail assets.
 
My client is looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to coordinate incoming designs from the various M&E design consultancies
 
The role will involve looking at the building services of a new substation and its associated new buildings. This will be focussing on things such as heating, ventilation, small power, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
 
This role would suit an electrical or mechanical design engineer who has experience of coordinating designs or could suit someone who has moved more into a project engineer role.
 
Although this role will be focussing on building services - anyone who has worked on Power or Energy projects would be an advantage
 
Requirements:
·MEP Design Coordinator with experience of coordinating building services.
·Advantageous if worked on substations or power projects previously.
·Willingness to work in Surbiton office 2/3 days a week
