My client based in Birmingham has acquired a long term contract with a housing company to carry out quality checks on new build properties across the Midlands and North West of England.
 
If you have experience in Mechanical QA for residential properties, this opportunity is for you.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
·A qualification in Mechanical Engineering
·Experience of inspecting and signing off contractor installs of mechanical systems
·A sound knowledge of mechanical building services such as Boilers, water systems and HVAC
·Experience in QA/Inspection in residential properties
·A full clean UK driving license
·Ability to travel across the Midlands, Cheshire and Lancashire on a daily basis
 
You will be provided with a company vehicle to undertake your duties and salary competitive with the market rate.
