Our client is a well-established contractor with a massive presence in multiple industries, including Railway and Construction and are currently involved in a number of successful projects.
 
I have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly respected and well established mechanical building services team with a strong up and coming work load for the coming years. You will be based out of their office in Essex working on a number of projects across London.
 
Pay: £330 - £400 per day. ( depending on experience )
Duration: Ongoing
IR35: Outside
Location: Essex
 
Requirements:
 
- CSCS
- Experience Project Managing in the mechanical sector
-  Air Conditioning & Plumbing experience
- UK Driving Licence
- Flexible to work nights on ADHOC basis

·Ensuring Projects are delivered on time and within Budget
·Liaising DIrectly with the client
·Managing Sub Contractors
