My client is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, working on projects in the public and private sectors across Education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
 
You will be responsible for designing Mechanical services such as HVAC, Boilers/Plant rooms, hot and cold water supplies as well as chillers/refrigeration services where necessary.
 
You will be required to undertake client/design meetings and site visits/inspections as necessary and will create your own Engineering drawings using AutoCAD or/or Revit MEP
 
To be considered for this role you will
 
·Be qualified with a degree/HND in Mechanical or Building services Engineering
·Have recent experience designing Mechanical Building Services
·Be skilled in the use of IES, Cymap and AutoCAD software - Revit MEP skills would be highly beneficial but not essential
·Have experience in one or more of the sectors mentioned above
·Have a full clean driving license
 
This role can offer significant working from home options, however you must be prepare to visit the office when required - a minimum of once weekly.
