Working for a large consultancy, the Learning Organisation Lead is pivotal in fostering continuous improvement and a strong learning culture within a major JV on the Easct Coast Mainline.
 
Responsibilities:
·This role involves capturing and showcasing lessons learned across the programme
·Promoting best practices
·Spearheading targeted improvement initiatives.
·Ensuring lessons are captured and integrated into the programme
·Identify Key Lessons in Real Time, Create Compelling Stories and Use Appropriate Vehicles to Tell Stories
