An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Consultant (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure) to join a business with people right at the forefront of things! You will join a vibrant and growing team and work on major prestigious projects across the UK.
 
As the Lead Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of EV related projects, primarily for local authority clients.
 
The role
·Be the subject matter expert for the company, helping drive sector growth for the company
·Lead a small but growing and highly talented team of consultants
·Provide clients with a good understanding of the market drivers for electric vehicle charge point operators
·Identify and support clients with bids for funding sources available for installing EV charge points
·Develop tailored approaches to increase EVCP rollout in client boroughs (one size does not fit all)
·To monitor personal and project workload and maintain a high level of quality
·Demonstrate a sound understanding of any legislation and/or regulations relevant to the role
·Provide technical input and advice where possible
·Liaise with relevant stakeholders i.e. members of the public
 
The ideal candidate
·Passionate about helping existing and new clients deliver Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
·Innovative and unafraid to challenge the status quo
·Great work ethic and team working skills
·Relevant qualification or equivalent
·A high level of understanding of new and emerging technology in the EV and EV charging fields
·A strong understanding of traffic and highway legislation as is relevant to Electric Vehicles and EV charging
·Experience in managing multi-task projects
·Confident presenting at conferences
