Our client are a well-respected National Fire and Security company. They have an exciting opening in their Luton office for an Install Manager
 
The role is primarily office based, but will involve occasional site visits to oversee projects and quality check the work on site. You will directly manage a team of up to 290 people and their activities
 
The Role
 
·Managing the process between sales and field teams and ensuring KPI's are met in
oBooking installs
oStock Management
oSales forecast
oWork in progress and Completions
·Some experience in Project management would be ideal
·Experience in Fire and Security installs is essential
 
The role if offering a permanent salary of circa £45k with excellent bonus potential for hitting KPI's. This could lead to an OTE of £60-70k per annum.
 
A vehicle or vehicle allowance, along with all equipment required will be provided for you.
