An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader with experience in Highway Maintenance to join a client in Buckinghamshire. You will be responsible for managing a team of highway maintenance professionals as well as planning and delivering a programme of routine, planned and emergency highway maintenance works and overseeing the running of the Term Service Contract.  
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £50 - £55 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate.  Flexible working arrangements / working from home opportunities are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Managing a team of highway maintenance professionals
·Planning and delivering a programme of highway maintenance works including routine and emergency projects
·Overseeing the running of the Term Maintenance Contract
·Managing all aspects of the highway assets policy including drainage, lighting and highway structures
