An immediate requirement has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our client's Highways department overseeing all highways cleansing aspects of this contract in West London.
 
You will have experience overseeing and managing Highways Maintenance Operations for a term maintenance contractor, ensuring highways street scene and cleansing operations are carried out across the region.
 
As the successful Operations Manager you will be tasked with managing a mix of supervisors and operatives, following the programme of works as laid out on this particular contract. Management of sub-contracts will also be a skill required here.
 
Financial management and communication skills at all levels are required her for this particular role.
 
The role itself will be carried out on a contract basis for 12 months.
