I am recruiting for a Drainage Engineer in South Wales to join a team responsible for managing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDs) Approval Body (SAB) and Highway Operations Drainage Division.
 
The main responsibilities for the role will be to provide day-to-day leadership of the Highway Maintenance - Drainage Operations team, ensuring the cost effective operational maintenance of highways and land drainage and associated infrastructure assets comprising publicly maintainable highways, footways, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), land drainage systems, culverts and culvert inlet screens and other critical flood risk assets. Manage and oversee cyclic maintenance and improvement schemes.
