Are you an experienced Highways Customer Liaison Manager looking for a new challenge?

An opportunity has arisen for a Highways Customer Liaison Manager to join a busy client in Northamptonshire.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £400 - £450 per day, negotiable for the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:
As the successful applicant, you will be assisting the Highways Service Manager in managing the increasing workload on customer enquiries, complaints, FOIs, investigation and processing of insurance claims, assisting with contract matters as part of the NEC4 Highway Maintenance Contract.

Previous experience requirements would be in a Highways Maintenance environment with customer relationship and insurance claim experience as well as some basic highway maintenance knowledge.
