What will you do?
Lead the continuous development, improvement, efficiency, and success of Brent Housing Management (BHM), which includes Income Collection and Recovery, Rent Accounting, Leaseholder and Home Ownership Services, Voids Management and Housing Tenancy Management.
You will lead a team of 6 managers and have up to 50 indirect members of staff reporting into.

What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Up to date knowledge and understanding of the housing & property sector in relation to legislation, regulations, and governance.
·Have or be willing to work towards a Housing qualification.
·UK Resident
·Strong Leadership and management skills including people, performance, and budget management.
·Experience in developing and delivering large scale projects and programmes.
