- Attending and chairing project meetings
- Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
It's a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to grow their knowledge of development, construction, and project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Interest in construction, development, and consultancy work
- Eagerness to work towards chartered status (RICS or CIOB)
- Full UK driving licence
What's On Offer:
- Ongoing support and structured training towards professional chartership
- A clear career progression path within a respected consultancy
- Exposure to impactful, community-focused projects
