GIS Team Lead

We are looking for a GIS Team Lead to join this rapidly scaling, innovative and forward-thinking, Private Equity backed business while working alongside a fun, diverse and driven team who love what they do!
 
The role
 
Lead and Coach the GIS Team including general team management and team performance ensuring the delivery of KPIs. Taking charge of the GIS platform.
 
Responsibilities
 
·Delivering GIS technical expertise to the wider business
·Collation, management, maintenance and synchronisation of relevant data-sets.
·Working with managers to integrate the GIS with other G.Network platforms.
·Delegating work and projects across the GIS team, and re-assigning resources and priorities according to the business needs.
·Standardising, drafting, reviewing and approving an as-built specification.
·Setup of GIS data according to the design and build forecast.
·Identifying performance and training gaps and manage personal development of each member of the team.
·Onboarding new team members
 
 
Experience
 
·Detailed understanding of GIS applications ArcGIS, ESRI
·Salesforce
·Microsoft Suite
·Understanding of Fibre networks, ideally in a FTTP
·Good experience of managing a team
·Excellent understanding of GIS and the mechanics
 
Qualifications
 
·Educated to degree level desirable
·Experience in 3GIS desirable
Hours
·Hybrid working available - minimum of 2 days in the office in Central London
 
Pay
·£50,000-£60,000 PAYE DOE
