Job Opportunity: General Foreman
Location: Between Staffordshire and Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a plus package

A leading contractor working on multiple UK water authorities' frameworks is looking to bolster their delivery team. If you're an experienced General Foreman, this is your chance to join their construction team and work across their reedbed programme in the Severn Trent region.

Role Overview:
As a General Foreman, you'll be reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Site Manager in coordinating the safe management of site activities on smaller projects, ensuring HSQE, programme, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
·Coordinate and control initial site set-up, actively installing framework systems and procedures alongside the Site Manager.
·Enforce methods and controls to ensure effective and continuous use of framework resources.
·Appraise and install security measures for all property under your control.
·Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards in accordance with their safety policies.
·Work to method statements and risk assessments.
·Ensure compliance with all HS&E policies and procedures.

About You:
·You hold an ONC or HNC in a construction discipline.
·You have SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
·You're trained in First Aid.
·Preferably, you're confined space trained.
·You have experience within the water treatment industry (Non-Infrastructure).
