My client are a ISP who have had a £70 million investment to deliver FTTP to 1 million homes on the South Coast. They are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their ever growing team.
 
You will take responsibility for customer installation performance and the management of the team. Working with the 3rd party install partners, you will drive them to deliver against agreed targets to ensure that an excellent level of installation quality is maintained.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Drive installation partners to deliver to agreed KPIs
·Management of Installation related issues and escalations, ensuring improvements are identified and implemented to ensure continued excellent customer experience
·Manage, coach, and develop the installations team
·Drive continual improvement, implementing new and revised processes to drive efficiency and quality
·Drive quality standards, ensuring quality audits are undertaken, results published, and action taken
·Manage internal requests for installation resource support
·Ensure compliance against all relevant Regulatory obligations.
 
 
Experience:
 
·Must have fibre or telecoms experience within a similar area
·Experience of direct team management
·Strong communication skills, able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
·Knowledge and experience of fibre broadband or telecoms business processes
·Demonstrable experience of building and managing good working relationships with 3rd party suppliers, up to Director level
