My client are a ISP and are currently looking to expand and are currently recruiting for a Operations Director within the fibre industry. You will come from a telecoms background and will have held a similar role at chair level within a start-up company. You will have an exceptional understanding of telecommunication industry standards, methods and procedures.
 
 
You will be responsible for:
 
·Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure we are driving high performance
·Working with the Senior Leadership Team to make decisions for operational activities
·Working in accordance with requirements of the Openreach network, Streetworks and Health and Safety Policies
·Lead the Field Operation Manager, Service Activation Manager and the Customer Support Manager to provide exceptional customer service which is reflected in customer satisfaction
·Review financial data and revise operational budgets to drive profitability
 
 
 
You must have the following experience:
 
·Proven experience and delivery as Director of Operations gained within the Telecommunications or similar industry
 
·Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring and motivating a large team
·Exceptional Knowledge of Openreach networks, guidelines IOSH & Prince2 qualified
