Role: Flow monitoring field engineer
Salary: £21,500
Location: Rugby
 
Our client, a large and highly respected utilities contractor is looking for Flow monitoring field engineer to work on their waste water contracts.

Based from Rugby,  you will be working as part of a 3-person team working nationally, installing and maintaining water flow and level monitors in manhole chambers within the sewer network.
 
Your typical day will involve visiting around manholes where you will support your Crew Leader in setting up safely and then carry out the installation, calibration or removal of equipment - which is usually located inside a confined space or man-hole chamber.  This will include lifting and carrying equipment from the vehicle to the specified site.
 
Requirements for the role:
·Full Driving Licence
·Be happy to work away from home (including overnight stays)
·Flexible with working hours - Saturday & Sundays, which will be paid at a higher rate.
 
Full training for the role will be provided but experience with any of the following would be a plus:
·Experience driving a van
·Experience within the water industry
·Confined space training
