Our clients in Surrey require a Plant and Fleet Coordinator to join their team who deliver the management and maintenance of all Highways in this region.
 
Duties include:
 
·Unloading of deliveries and storing in an organised fashion
·Ensuring the depot is kept clean, tidy and all facilities issues are reported
·Repair and maintenance of plant
·Ordering and hire of plant
·Carry out regular stock checks 
·Developing inhouse stock take system using computer software to greater efficiency and visibility of stock distribution/cost
·Checking delivered orders against delivery note and order
 
Key Skills and Qualifications:
 
·Basic IT skills preferable (training may be offered)
·Good communication skills
·Eye for detail, especially when completing stock takes  
·Promote and value equality and diversity
·Punctual and reliable
·Experience and knowledge of strict HSE operations and their practical implications adequately stocked with materials, keeping an inventory of stock used.
 
This is a long term contracting role that has a strong chance of a permanent role in the future too.
