Role: Field Performance Manager  
Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: up to £45,000 p/a plus package
 
My client is one of the UK's leading Utiltiies & Civil Engineering contractors within the Water sector and are looking for an Field Performance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis working in the Anglian Water region.
 
What will you be responsible for?
 
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching and development of operational repair and support teams (both direct and indirect) within your region. Reporting to the Reinstatement Manager, you will act primarily as managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational area, delivering the service strategy whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
Working closely with the Anglian Water Partners and other local delivery teams, you will ensure that all activities are undertaken with a customer focus and effciently delivered. You will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and comply with H&S legislation, POSWSH and QA procedures. 
Your day to day will include:
·Investigate any quality issues that may arise, facilitating a resolution
·Attend site meetings with the Client, whilst ensuring costs and risks are controlled 
·Use and develop the full range of managerial and technical skills required to operate and manage operational repair and support teams 
 
What are they looking for?


This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if you hold:
·Experience within the water industry working at a supervisory level and management of an operational team
·NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS
·Knowledge of CDM legislation and Traffic Management Act
·Full driving licence
