To support this growth they are currently looking for aFibre Supervisor, the ideal candidate will take overall responsibility for the quality of work for Engineers.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·You will ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with NRSWA
·Highlight project risks to Senior colleagues
·You will update daily & weekly reports
·Leading a team of supervisors and engineering field teams to deliver completed work a
·Owning daily/weekly reports of engineering performance and review
 
Requirements:
 
·Experience in as similar role as a Field Manager
·Managing teams to hit KPI's
·Background of implementing new ideas into a business
