My client are one of the most sort after, innovative ISP's in the UK and they are currently looking for a Technical Trainer to work across their network.
 
You will be responsible for delivery of the curriculum ensuring that all employees are competent to work in the field.
 
 
Responsibilities are as follows:
 
·Delivering leading technical training and assessment
·Provide technical input into a review of current training process
·Ensure audits are being conducted correctly
·Responsible to train new starters so they can go into the field
·Support in the field if required
 
 
You will need the following experience:
·Previous experience coaching/Teaching - Desirable
·Experience within the fibre network - Essential
·Cabling experience
·Fibre installation experience
·Knowledge of Streetworks
·Strong communication skills
·Computer literate
·Clean driving licence
