Job description

Are you a Fibre engineer with experience in fault finding and undertaking repairs? Are you looking for a challenging role where problem-solving and fixing issues give you flexibility and variety?
 
I'm currently looking for maintenance engineers with experience in fault finding and fixing to work on behalf of an ISP based in and around Spalding. You will be a full-time salaried employee, ensuring that a quality service is provided to the customer as quickly as possible when issues arise. All tools and vehicles will be provided for this position and you will have full, ongoing support from supervisors and management.
 
This is a full-time salaried position on PAYE, with a salary up to £38,000 depending on experience. Progression routes are available for engineers who are interested in progressing into supervisor positions. This role is to start ASAP, and interviews can be arranged quickly at your convenience.
 
Engineers who are most suited to this position will be:
·Fibre splicers
·Installation engineers
·Lead to cash engineers
·Fibre supervisors
·Fibre maintenance engineers
 
The following skills/experience are essential:
·PIA pole access (Openreach accredited)
·Streetworks, SA001, SA002, S7, S8
·Working at Height above 3 metres using ladder
·Experience of FTTP projects
·Experience finding and fixing faults across fibre networks
·Splicing experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Excellent customer service skills
·Experience of using MS Office
·A Full UK Driving License
