My client are a Fibre supplier with their own Network who are growing at a rapid pace. They are looking to increase their workforce and expand the service they can offer. This includes planning a major fibre-to-the home build, connecting to a full fibre infrastructure.
 
You will be leading a team of professionals involved in the installations and maintenance of the FTTP network. You will ensure standards are high and results are delivered.
 
 
The following skills/experience are essential:
 
·NRSWA Supervisor qualification
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Understanding of FTTP Network OperationsSplicing Fibres
·Knowledge of PON and Fibre types
·A Full UK Driving License
·Computer literate
 
What you will get:
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 plus company bonus DOE
