Fencing Supervisor
 
Based in the Norwich region
 
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (including car allowance and overtime)
 
Full-Time, Permanent
 
My client are a market-leading fencing and landscaping company operating throughout the UK with an impressive client base and a plethora of exciting future projects in the works, and are looking for an experienced Fencing Supervisor based in the Norwich area to join the team.  
 
They're looking for an individual with strong leadership and organisation skills and a desire for taking a hands-on approach to work to deliver high quality service.
 
Day to Day Role:
·Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals in the installation of commercial fencing projects.
·Promote a culture of safety with regular site visits to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations.
·Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure work is of the highest quality.
·Coordinate and schedule work assignments, including recording accurate employee attendance
·Liase with senior management to make appropriate recommendations to increase site efficiency
·Monitor delivery quality in line with client requirements and maintain timely records in line with NHSS and ISO specifications

Requirements:
·Proven experience in commercial fencing, including the installation and maintenance of various fencing types.
·Hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
·Possess a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
·Hold a valid full UK driving license.
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Ability to read and interpret fencing plans and specifications.
·Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
·Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
