Looking for a long term Estimator role in the North West?
 
My client have a secure water contract in the North West of England and are looking to add to their commercial team due to growth. They offer an excellent working environment and have a wide range of projects for you to get involved in. Working closely with the end client and the civils managers, you will be able to learn the business and become a valued member of the team.
 
Due to the wide range of projects they are looking for someone who is adaptable and has experience in the Utilities sector. You will be pricing jobs in both the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical sides of the business. You will ideally need to have experience in these areas and have been an Estimator for a number of years.
 
Ideally the estimator would have experience at pricing some if not all of the following work types;
 
Mechanical;
 
- Process pipework
- Pump stations etc
- Gantries
- Lifting equipment
 
Electrical;
 
- Pump and Equipment installation
- MCC panels
- Software and SCADA
- Instrumentation
- Heating
- Fire alarms etc
 
Civils;
 
- Heavy Civils
- New Concrete Tanks
- Large Pipework - MDPE, Ductile, Steel etc
- Small Civils - Paths, reinstatement, fencing etc
- Concrete bases and foundations
 
This role is based out of their offices in Preston. You will need to be able to commute to the offices. It is based on a 45 hour week and if you choose to take the Permanent offer you will be open to the included benefits.
