36 hr week - 1 day p/w in office
What will you do?
·To provide a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the Council's property portfolio including, new lettings, rent reviews, assignments, sub-lettings, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, wayleaves, and general estate management issues.
·To provide technical advice to support the delivery of a range corporate projects.
·To support the delivery of the Council's disposals, development, and investment programmes in order to achieve capital receipt and revenue growth targets.
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·Degree or Surveying qualification
·Knowledge and experience of estates management activities including rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings.
·Demonstrable experience of identifying issues and selecting between various options using sound professional judgement.
