Join a leading Tier One contractor delivering major clean water infrastructure projects for South East Water. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of electrical engineering works across a range of clean water schemes, supporting project, construction, and design teams on essential improvement programmes across the South East.

Whether you are an established Electrical Project Engineer or an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to step into a more delivery-focused role, this position offers long-term stability, strong career progression, and structured professional development.

Why this role stands out

Working on complex electrical and process-related engineering projects, you'll gain exposure across design coordination, procurement, cost control, programme management, and client engagement - with full support for ongoing growth and training.
With hybrid working, a strong pipeline of projects, and involvement in multi-million-pound water treatment schemes, this is a highly rewarding engineering opportunity in a secure and expanding sector.

·Providing information and support for O&M manuals and close-out documentation.
·Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams on electrical design, installation, and technical queries.
·Monitoring subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance.
·Ensuring accurate documentation, filing systems, and governance are maintained.
·Evaluating innovative electrical solutions and supporting safe, efficient design development.
·Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities on a monthly basis.
·Ensuring electrical designs and installations are safe to construct, commission, and operate.
·Supporting commissioning activities and ensuring all electrical works meet project and regulatory standards.
·Taking responsibility for your own CPD and keeping up to date with industry innovations and standards.

·Experience liaising with supply chain partners, electrical subcontractors, and equipment suppliers.
