My Local Authority Client in Lancashire is looking to source an experienced DM Town Planner join their Planning Department on an initial 6-month basis.
 
In this role you will mainly be allocated and expected to process a caseload of Minor Applications and others.
 
My client has expressed a desire to have staff in the office for part of the week, with staff normally attending for 3 days.
However, for this contract role, there is an expectation that you will attend for at least 1 day per week.
 
To be successful in your application you must be a town planner with relevant experience.
