Development Management Planning Officer

Rate £18.50 p/h
Initial 3-month Contract
 
You will be able to work from home fully in this role. The local authority in question can be discussed upon application to the role.
 
You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate to currently. You will be managing a caseload of householder and minor applications so must be comfortable with this variety.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST HAVE:
·Be comfortable working from home.
·A relevant Town Planning degree or quaification
Role & Responsibilities:
·Overseeing a caseload of minor and householder applications.
·Provision of paid pre-application advice to developers, architects and external consultants.
·Co-ordinate prepare detailed reports.
·Negotiate finalise and discharge conditions.
·Change of use applications.
