Deputy DM Manager

I am working with my LPA client in Berkshire as they look for a Deputy DM Manager to join the service on a 3-6 month contract.
 
This role will take on many of the same responsibilities of a typical Development Manager position but share them with the other DM Manager currently overseeing this area of the service. The position has arisen as a result of multiple long-term staff absences and is to help the team cope with the current workload.
 
The position will be remote working although the office is open and office presence is encouraged on a weekly basis.
