Who will you be joining?  
A Hampshire Local Authority in need of help with the management of an increasing volume of damp and mould cases referred to them, diagnose the cause and arrange for works to be carried out.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Qualified to degree level in Surveying.  
·UK Resident
·Previous experience carrying out damp repairs surveys and diagnosing defects in all types of Council owned Properties.
