What will you do?
To participate as a technical member of the Client Repairs team to undertake a wide range of Building Surveying Services, Specification writing, Enforcement Inspections, producing detailed reports Repairs Diagnostics and related Project Management duties. Specialise in the identification and specifying of remedial works to eradicate Mould and Damp issues.
To proactively engage with customers, contractors, leaseholders, tenants and all related Council Officers such as Housing Management, Legal Services, Leasehold Services, Social Services (Adults & Children's Services) and the Home-Buy Team in the delivery of the Repairs Service
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Qualified to degree level in Surveying.
·Experience in undertaking building surveying, including undertaking inspections, diagnosing defects, identifying breaches in lease and building standards, specifying remedial works with a focus on damp and mould issues.
