Salary: £11.98 per hour = £23,080 per annum
Duration: 6 month Contract
Hours:37 hour working week Monday - Friday 8.00 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 17.00no hybrid working
Start Date: ASAP

I am working with one of the leading employers in the area and they have a vacancy for Customer Service Scheduler to join their team in Huntingdon which offers on site parking.
Job info
·Identify customer specific or auto schedule jobs and liaise with the customer using the most appropriate communication method to confirm the appointment
·Deal with queries from the customer and ensure other questions that arise during contact are directed to the correct place for
·In this role you will be working along side other departments, assisting with debt recovery while having the opportunity to put your own stamp on error resolution and process improvement.
 
Essential experience
·Customer service
·Scheduling
·Will need to be experienced in DATA Entry.
 
Non essential but highly advantageous experience  
Any telephone based experience
Experience using Excel, SAP and specifically VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
 
On offer is a salary of £23,080 dependant on experience based working Monday - Friday 8.00 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 17.00
