Role: Customer Service Scheduler
Location: Lincoln, with the possibility of hybrid working after probation period
Salary: £20,272 per annum with a formal pay progression structure
Hours: 37 hours per week, involving occasional weekend and bank holiday work
Engagement: Initial 12-month contract with the scope to secure a permanent position beyond this
Start Date: 30th January 2023 (Candidates must be available to start on this date)

My client, one of the best known companies in the area, are looking to expand their ever-growing Customer Service team by adding a Customer Service Scheduler.
 
As a Customer Service Scheduler you will assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets whilst keeping systems updated with work activities.
 
You'll work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timescale whilst complying with health and safety guidelines.
 
No experience in Customer Service Scheduling is required. My client will provide a full four week training and mentoring plan to give successful candidates all the tools they'll need to succeed and progress in the role.
 
The role will involve:
·Prioritise and deploy reactive work, complying with health and safety guidelines.
·Ensuring resource has the availability to complete the work and remove any work that cannot be completed as a result.
·Escalating to relevant teams where high priority work cannot be deployed.
·Contacting both internal and external customers, to keep them informed and realign expectations and timescales.
Shift patterns can vary month to month, although you will receive plenty of notification of your upcoming shift pattern. The role does involve occasional weekend and bank holiday working.
 
The ideal candidate would have the following skills: 
·Well organised with excellent administration skills.
·Good teamwork skills and a willingness to help others. 
·Good communication skills at all levels with both internal & external customers.  
·Ability to work within a team whilst owning your own workload. 
·Prioritisation and decision-making skills. 
·The drive and ambition to provide excellent customer service.
On offer is a salary on £20,272 with a clear, formal pay progression structure, bonus scheme and employee benefits package.
