Job description

Our client are a large Water Utilities company that support the local water companies in supplying water to peoples homes. They have a great reputation in the industry for supporting the water companies and excelling in customer service.
 
They are currently looking for a call centre agent to join their team that assist customers in reducing their water bills and being given free information on how to best reduce their water usage. You will be joining a highly successful team that is built around supporting customers in the midlands and giving them the opportunity to  reduce their spend on water and therefore ensure there is less pressure on the local water company to produce as much water. The current water usage is increasing massively and it is becoming unsustainable.
 
Your role is to speak to book in Water Efficiency checks, where a technician will visit their home free of charge to provide water saving devices, leakage alarms and offer advice on how to save water. This is a great opportunity to help customers and have a positive impact on the environment.
 
They are looking for individuals with good customer service and a willingness to help. Your duties will be to speak to the customers, explain the details of the free service and book appointments for the technicians to attend.
 
They offer a salary of £21,673, this is working via ourselves for 6 months and then moving onto a permanent employment, based on passing probation. This is a 40 hour per week role, the hours are flexible between 09:00 - 18:00.
 
Requirements:
 
·Good team work experience
·Good communication skills that are focused on customer care
·Experience in taking inbound/outbound calls
·Experience of monitoring and booking appointments
·1 year customer service experience (minimum)
·Experience of putting customer standards first
·Experience in general administration tasks
·Good MS Office knowledge
