Job description

Role: Customer Service Agent
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £20,000
Start Date: ASAP
 
My client has a new requirement for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy team in Lincoln.
The role will involve making outbound calls to customers to provide them with updates. The updates will not always be positive updates, it could be pushing work back or engineers delayed ect. However towards the end of the customer journey there will be positive updates to provide.
 
Full training will be provided for the role.
 
Hours are between 9:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 9:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays - they will do a total of 37 hours per week but will be scheduled some time between these hours.
 
Skills and experience:
·Someone with clear communications - verbal and written. 
·Someone who is resilient - as I said above, they will be providing updates that could potentially cause pushback from the customer.
·Used to working in a busy environment - I believe they will get given a list of customers to call, and they will need to work through the list
·Good IT skills
