Role: Customer Liaison Support
Location: Rickmansworth     
Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a plus package
 
My client, who is a tier 1 contractor on the Thames Water framework is looking to strengthen their clinet liaison team with a Customer liaison support. The role is based in Rickmansworth, but hybrid working is available.

Main Purpose of Job:
 
·To plan and implement a co-ordinated programme of communications to strategic stakeholders in order to support the efficient delivery of projects in the programme of work, in line with Project Communications Best Practice Guidelines.
 
·To support the project delivery teams in all aspects of customer management; to monitor and audit all customer care processes and procedures and to manage the interface on customer care issues
 
·Work in liaison with the Project Communications Team to provide a co-ordinated support to delivery teams
 
·Ensure that the mutual reputations of both the contractor and the client are managed effectively
 
·Assist Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager in producing  - presentations, internet updates and newsletters.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Formulate communication strategies for the efficient delivery of projects including: setting objectives; measures of evaluation; tone; positioning; formulation of key messages; stakeholder identification and engagement and the most effective channels to use to achieve optimum impact.

Experience/Knowledge:
 
Essential:
·Good communication skills with confidence in face to face customer engagement
·Excellent digital skills
 
Preferable:
·Water/construction industry background
·Evidence of team working
·Willingness to learn web content management and online document management tools   
·Awareness of corporate issues
·Ability to balance tasks on multiple projects at once
 
Qualifications:
 
Essential:
 
·"A" level or above
·Current Driving Licence
 
Preferable:
 
·Experience in customer-facing or water industry roles
 
Skills:
 
·Well developed writing skills
·Excellent people and influencing skills
·Excellent Powerpoint skills
·Negotiations Skills
·Competent in use of standard software packages (word, excel, powerpoint etc)
