Role: Customer Advisor - Utility connections
Location: Lincoln - City Centre
Salary: £20,588 based on a 37 hour working week - £10.70P/H
Employment: Temporary 8 weeks - (Likely opportunity for permanent option available on completion)
Hours of work: 37 per week
Working week: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am - 5pm

If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Lincoln City Centre less that 1 mile away from the train station and looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisors.
 
In this role you go through formal training, a process supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems so no utilities service experience is needed.
 
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with external stakeholders such as land developers, housing developers, contractors and consultancies relating to utility connections as well as the end customers who use the products in their homes.  No two calls will be the same and my client prides themselves in providing excellent customer service.  Their ethos is very much to work with the customer to resolve the issue and do whatever it takes to get a resolution.
 
As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to come from a retail background and looking to transfer into a new sector, or someone with customer service experience looking to work for a market leading company.
 
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice.  Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
 
This role is based working a 37 hour week Monday - Friday but there will be you will be Saturday & Sunday overtime available on occasion, but not compulsory or expected.
 
On offer is a salary  of £20,588 + an excellent benefits package based on a 37 hour working week.
