My client are a customer focused water contractor, helping to support Local Water Company Customers with water leakage issues through building relationships and checking for any external issues to customers water supply. They are currently looking for a Customer Side Leakage Supervisor to run a team within their water optimisation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Supervisor / Team Leader who has worked in the water industry. You will be working for a highly successful division within the company. Working out of Croydon you will be working from a scenic office and out on site, monitoring, coaching and developing a team and ensuring safety and customer service is forefront with the team.
 
 
Responsibilities & requirements:
·Be responsible for day to day field activities
·Coach, manage and be responsible for direct reports
·Ensure targets are met
·Ensure all staff are compliant with Health & Safety and Water Quality regulations
·Ensure all members of the team attend their appointments at the correct time
·Audit team hours, vans & quality of work
·Ensure staff surveys are completed correctly
·Ensure good quality records are kept and submitted to the management team and the client
·Communicate with customers, clients and the general public when on site
·Deliver monthly tool box talks
·Ensure work is carried out to high standards
·Implement and ensure staff implement company policies and procedures
·Carry out team 1 on 1's
·A Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor ticket is desirable
·A Water Hygiene card is desirable
·A full UK Driving License is required
 
The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary, company vehicle, fuel, laptop and equipment. The role is based in Croydon but involves travelling South London.
