Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for your next contract?
 
If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Capital Works department of local authority in South West London.
 
What will you do?
·Project Manage a number of legacy capital projects at different RIBA stages, some at design/ procurement stage, others on site, and others requiring completion of outstanding items to project closure.
·Project Manager a number of new project requests to deal with that require investigation, possible feasibility and activation of professional team, design work.
·Monitor projects on schools and progress updates during the Summer and Autumn period.
·Close out of remedial and health and safety items.
·The projects are of varied duration and value but a good number are in the range of £200-£500k.
·Work across the professional team of H & S Advisor, QS and other specialists, as well as work closely with the wider Property team and a wide range of stakeholders already set out in the job information.
 
What are the benefits?
·3 - 6 month contract.
·£400 per day, umbrella, inside IR35.
·Hybrid working.
 
What will you need?
·Degree or HNC or relevant qualification and/or management experience or equivalent in Construction Project Management.
·Experience of working on a Local Authority.
